Do I need to attend anything in person?+
No. Everything runs online — directory, messaging, events, referrals. Matchdays are yours.
How does the 30-day trial work?+
You get full member access for 30 days. We ask for a card upfront so the room stays protected, but you are not billed until day 30. Cancel anytime before then and you pay nothing. If the network isn't generating introductions, referrals or useful conversations within a month, you can leave without spending a penny.
What if I don't get any referrals in my first year?+
One qualified referral typically covers a year of dues many times over. If you actively use the network — complete profile, attend two events, message five matches — and see no return in 12 months, email us and we'll refund the year.
How does the AI matching actually work?+
You describe what you sell and what you buy during onboarding. We build embeddings from that and match against every other member's profile nightly. Top picks come with a one-line reason to connect so you're not guessing.
What are Stripe placeholders and how do they work?+
When you sign up, Stripe may place a small temporary authorisation on your card to verify it is valid. This is not a charge — it is a pending hold that drops off automatically, usually within a few minutes to a few days depending on your bank. Your first real payment is taken on day 30 if you stay past the trial.
Can I join multiple communities?+
Yes. Your account works across every club and community on the platform. Join Arsenal Business Network now, and you can add other supporter communities later from the same login. Each community has its own directory, events and matching, so your membership dues apply per community rather than one blanket fee.
Can I cancel?+
Yes — anytime, from your dashboard. The 30-day trial is fully cancellable before you're billed.
Is my data shared?+
Your profile is visible only to other paying members by default. You can opt in to a public profile page for sharing outside the network. We never sell data.
